Summary

Refreshes TimePrism's public-facing documentation after the v0.1.0 release without touching product code.

Changes

• rewrites the root README around the product first, with engineering evidence second;
• replaces the stale preview-release status with the published v0.1.0 download/install path;
• gives Yin Yue a dedicated product section;
• keeps privacy, idle-attribution, startup, mixed-DPI, CI, and release-gate details as verifiable engineering highlights;
• reorganizes docs/README.md into current reference vs. engineering history;
• updates docs/media/README.md into the final v0.1.0 screenshot/GIF capture checklist;
• deliberately does not reference media files that have not been captured yet.

Scope

Documentation only. No application/runtime code is changed.

Follow-up

After sanitized v0.1.0 captures are produced, add:

• docs/media/timeprism-insights.png
