NRZ-python

Non-return-to-zero (NRZ) replicated in Python 3.7.3

To start:

place your message in transmit.py's st var on line 9
start receive.py
start transmit.py

The file data is used for the current bit, either 1 or 0

The file got is used for the two scripts to know when it's sent/reviced a bit
