release: v0.5.0 multi-client one-click installation

v0.5.0

This release promotes the multi-client bootstrap installer to the first stable installation channel.

Highlights

• one-command setup for Codex, Claude Code, Kimi Code, ZCode, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Windsurf-compatible config, generic agents config, and VS Code/Copilot Agent;
• durable shared runtime under ~/.jev-mcp/runtime;
• local shared credential store under ~/.jev-mcp/.env with no TypeSafe key embedded in client MCP config;
• Linux and Windows bootstrap smoke tests;
• stable installer/runtime pin to v0.5.0;
• explicit development channel via JEV_MCP_GIT_REF=main;
• automatic post-CI tag + GitHub Release creation for future releases;
• release recovery when a tag exists but GitHub Release creation previously failed.

Release safety

• package, core server, lockfile, setup scripts, and installer refs are version-checked;
• Node 20/22/24 checks must pass;
• Linux and Windows isolated bootstrap checks must pass;
• no live TypeSafe API call is made by CI;
• no TypeSafe credential is added to repository files or client config.

After merge, the repository's Auto Release workflow will create v0.5.0 and the GitHub Release only after main CI succeeds.
