Fix LineListNode::pjoin_dyn casting a CellByteNode as dense - #123

The CELL_BYTE_NODE_TAG arm called `as_dense_unchecked`, hitting `unreachable_unchecked` (UB in release) whenever a list node was joined with a CellByteNode. Cell nodes are only created by ZipperHead, so this needs a map that had a ZipperHead zipper made in it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
