admin: use correct relative import path in .claude/CLAUDE.md - #2191

This is a port to OSL of PR AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenImageIO#5603 from OpenImageIO, by Jinnie Kim. The root AGENTS.md wasn't being imported into context because .claude/CLAUDE.md used the wrong import path. A local clone without .claude/CLAUDE.md was fine, since Claude now reads AGENTS.md natively. But once .claude/CLAUDE.md existed, AGENTS.md was ignored, because by default Claude reads CLAUDE.md instead when one exists. Signed-off-by: Larry Gritz <lg@larrygritz.com>
