- Add e048 as the test entry for ITS_08. - Reuse the ITS_04 runtime test result for ITS_08 reporting. - Treat e035 as covering ITS_08 because it programs every ITS block in the device's ITS group with the same DeviceID and verifies MSI delivery. - Register E048_ENTRY in rule metadata and rule execution enum. - Run e048_entry() immediately after e035_entry() in the BSA exerciser flow. - Add ITS006 to check DeviceID mapping for MSI/MSI-X-capable PCIe functions. - Report missing DeviceID mappings for MSI-capable devices. - Check whether the resolved ITS ID belongs to a valid ITS group. - Wire ITS006 into BSA execution, GIC declarations, rule metadata, and build lists.
