Surface opacity in some 3D diagrams #454

Description

@sean-fitzpatrick

There are some 3D Asymptote figures (see 13.7.15, for example) where we set the opacity on one surface -- usually a tangent plane or similar -- to 100%. This was to work around a bug in OpenGL that caused bleed-through of the colours.

With Asymptote 3.13, we have the option to replace OpenGL rendering with Vulkan rendering. I think it would be worth trying out the old settings for these figures to see if the results are any better than they used to be.
