Looking at a multilayer bitstream that contains a Global LCR, it seems that maybe the parser might not be showing all syntax elements present in the bitstream. I do not see, for example, the lcr_global_reserved_zero_3bits and lcr_global_reserved_zero_5bits syntax elements and it appears that also the global PTL information is missing even though lcr_seq_profile_tier_level_info_present_flag is set to 1. Could you please verify this?
