Summary
Extract the two related picture-export fixes from bf83478 in one commit because they modify the same export and rendering code. No bug-description Markdown or unrelated fixes are included.
Validation
JavaScript syntax passed. Executed Utils.addFormatedText with mocked SpreadJS inputs to check placeholder metadata, fill formats, actual-style differences, empty table rows, overlapping-range deduplication, bounded whole-column rules, conditional number formats and skipped data bars. All four extracted files match bf83478 exactly. JavaScript whitespace checks passed; 4D whitespace checks preserve the existing trailing-space convention.
Interactive 4D SVG rendering was not run. Please review; this PR is intentionally left unmerged.
