$ cat /etc/operator/background.log

I started my career as a Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Technician. I spent years on the plant floor physically dismantling, repairing, and assembling heavy industrial machinery.

Today, I translate that hands-on physical experience into OT / ICS Cybersecurity.

In IT, a system failure stops screen output. In OT, a system failure damages turbines, bursts pipes, or harms plant operators. You cannot defend what you do not physically understand. My core strength is bridging heavy mechanical engineering with cyber resilience to keep critical infrastructure running safely.

$ ps aux --filter="operator=0xf9o"
  • Tool Engineering: Developing custom security CLI and GUI tools using Go (Golang) and C# .NET.
  • ICS Protocol Analysis: Capturing, decoding, and parsing industrial field protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, DNP3, S7comm, EtherNet/IP).
  • Architecture Hardening: Designing segmented network boundaries and firewalls aligned with the Purdue Model (PERA) and IEC 62443.
  • Physical-Cyber Risk Analysis: Mapping cyber attack vectors directly to mechanical failure modes in plant assets.
