Reactions not streaming

Hey team! I run into a weird issue where reactions are not streamed, but other content types, like text, are.
I made a demo here, and you may reproduce this on Testflight Convos Preview.
Any idea why we don’t receive the reactions content type/that it’s not streamed?

I can confirm, both reactions and replies are not received in streams
