Add connection story documentation

We need to document the comprehensive "connection story" to provide users with a seamless, end-to-end guide on integrating their local development environment with our cloud platform.

Currently, information regarding setup and daily usage is fragmented. This issue aims to create a centralized, cohesive guide covering two main areas: creating the initial connection and utilizing that connection effectively within the IDE.
