Bug: Unable to manually start deployment task if task failed during/after cert request

Environment:
CTW Management Hub 7.0.18 + Managed Challenge
CTW Client 7.0.18

Steps to reproduce:

Create new certificate with deployment task "Run Powershell Script". Use any script that runs into an error.

Result:

Certificate is successfully created and received from Lets Encrypt but fails on Deployment due to script task. You are unable to manually run the task even after fixing the script with error "Task is enabled but will not run because primary request unsuccessful."
You are unable to fix this in any other way but either fix the script or disable the task and request a new certificate. Just then you are able to activate the task again and run it manually to test if your fix is working.

Suggested fix:

Do not mark the whole certificate as error if the certificate is correctly requested but only deployment is failed. Let us manually start the deployment for the requested certificate again.

Thanks, this issue has been confirmed and a fix will be included in the next update. As a workaround you should be able to proceed if you use Certificate > Advanced > Actions > Reset Status, this resets the error status etc and will allow the task to run.
