GSoC 2026 Proposal Submitted

I've submitted my proposal for implementing HTML entry points.

Summary:

• Added detection for .html entry files
• Created HtmlEntryPlugin skeleton
• Complete 350-hour implementation plan

This is a partial implementation showing my approach. The full feature would be completed during GSoC.
