No-one will want to use this default initializer because no-one uses all CSS preprocessors at the same time. Also, the performance penalty because of this is huge. Thirdly, this code just takes up bundle space when people override it in their own projects.
I think that, same as the preprocessors, it's best to remove this file and note in the README that something similar should be added in a user's app.
