CH554G not available in CH55xDuino Boards menu – Can CH552 board be used instead?

I installed the latest CH55xDuino package in the Arduino IDE successfully. However, in Tools → Board, I only see the following board options:

• CH551
• CH552
• CH549
• CH559

I am using a CH554G micro controller, but there is no CH554 board option available.

My questions are:

1. Is CH554G officially supported by the current CH55xDuino package?
2. If the CH554G board option is missing, is it safe to select CH552 when compiling and uploading code?
3. If not, what is the correct board package or configuration for the CH554G?
