wafermap 0.34.0 and
@wafertools/testdata-parser0.15.0 are out, and tsmap 0.1.44 ships with both. The main additions are a Plot tab in Insights, a chart builder whose plots are kept for the next lot, and a much wider drilldown: right-click, or click a chart mark, and the menu opens on exactly the dies you pointed at.wafermap 0.34.0 has breaking changes. Insights is on by default, with a Maps | Insights switch at the right of the toolbar row (pass
insights: { enabled: false }to opt out). Right-click on a map, a gallery card or a chart mark always opens the drilldown menu; if you attach a context menu of your own to a map, the steps are in Upgrading.onSaveTextcan receive aBlobfor a very large table. Sweeps are plots now (insights.sweepsstill works and logs a notice). Pass bins and ring count are applied once, inbuildWaferMap: a map you built needs nothing, but the report and view functions refuse hand-made data that does not state them. Each step is in Upgrading. Two changes can move numbers you have seen before.
The drilldown menu. It offers charts (value histogram, process capability), your saved plots, New plot… and New sweep… drawn over just those dies, and tables (Dies, Test statistics, and Wafers when the dies span several), each with Export CSV and Copy. What opens it:
Clicking a die's row in any Dies table rings that die on its map. The right-click Value histogram offers Edit as new plot, and a saved sweep opens in its editor over the selected dies.
What else is in it:
parquet_distinct_counttakes a third argument, blankIsAValue, so a column that is "25" in some rows and empty in the rest is not reported as constant. Direct callers of that export need to pass it.The quickest way to try it is tsmap 0.1.44, in the browser with nothing to install or as the desktop app from the release page.
