wafermap 0.33.0 and tsmap 0.1.43: multi-project wafers fill the map, and a Summary and reports that lead with what stands out

wafermap 0.33.0 is out and tsmap 0.1.43 ships with it. The main addition is a compact layout for multi-project wafers. When each reticle holds only a few dies, the empty rows and columns are removed so the map is drawn at a size you can read. Every die is still drawn and counted, and hover text and axis labels keep the original die coordinates.

wafermap 0.33.0 has one breaking change. sectorCount is now 4, 8 or 16. The compass names cover 16 bearings, so 32 had no names to give its sectors. Any other value is corrected to the default with an 'analysis-option-corrected' warning. Nothing is removed.

Findings can change. Lot findings now decide a repeated spatial pattern, and which wafers are outliers, from the whole lot, so findings and their counts can differ from 0.32.x. A drift in yield or in a test's mean across five or more wafers is listed as a Watch line.

What else is in it:

• Compact layout. The Overlays menu offers it when the occupied columns and rows repeat at a regular pitch. Each group of dies is outlined, and yield and findings are unchanged. In a gallery every card shares one layout. Layout diagnostics in the same menu shows what the detector saw as counts and scores only, so a layout that isn't recognised can be reported without sharing any data.
• A Summary and reports that lead with what stands out. The Summary panel and both HTML reports open with a headline and up to three items ranked by how many dies each costs. They now count bins, order findings and read yields the same way.
• tsmap's column mapping needs less fixing. Columns that are recalculated on load start as ignored, run conditions such as temperature, operator and program come in as Display info rather than tests, and more X/Y column names are recognised.
