wafermap 0.30.0: 78 exports deprecated, removed in 0.31.0 #4

Update for 0.30.1: five of the 78 are staying. On review, these are each the only supported way to do something an app needs, so they are no longer deprecated and no longer log a notice:
The other 73 are still removed in 0.31.0, and 0.30.1 adds replacements for the ones that had none:
Every remaining console notice now names what to use instead, or says plainly that there is no replacement. One new deprecation:

0.31.0 is out: the deprecated exports are removed. 74 exports are gone: the 73 still deprecated after 0.30.1, plus Upgrading: the Upgrading page lists every removed name with what to use instead. If your app ran on 0.30.x with no deprecation notices in the console, none of the removals affect it. Also in 0.31.0:

wafermap 0.30.0 deprecates 78 exports that are probably never used. They still work in 0.30.0 and will be removed in 0.31.0. This is the first time wafermap has given notice before removing something, and it's how removals will be handled from here.

builders.
How to tell whether you're affected
Each deprecated function logs one console notice the first time you call it,
naming what to use instead. Editors show deprecated names struck through.
If you need one that has no replacement, say so in this thread or open an
issue before 0.31.0.
0.30.0 also contains breaking changes that did not get a deprecation release.
The main one: the passBins options on the analysis and render functions are
removed. Set pass bins once on buildWaferMap; everything downstream uses
them.
