Why
As projects and teams grow, inconsistent file organisation increases cognitive load, slows collaboration and makes it more difficult to locate or maintain work.
Establishing shared ways of working will improve efficiency, reduce onboarding time for new designers and create a more consistent experience for anyone working within our Figma workspace.
These principles should support both internal project work and the long-term maintenance of the Visual Framework library.
