The next meeting of the Bioinformatics Users Group will be at noon, Wednesday, March 22 in ALS 3006.

"Adventures in assembly: the long road to understanding the genome of a parasitic Cnidarian"

Dr. Stephen Atkinson, a Research Associate in the Bartholomew lab in the Dept. of Microbiology, will be describing their progress in assembling the genome of the enigmatic cnidarians, myxozoans!
