Describe the bug

full disk space notifications are appearing at 70% instead of 85% which is the drop data level

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

full space notifications must appear only at 85% not earlier

Current Behavior

space notifications are appearing at 70-75 % before instance starts to dropping data

Reproduction Steps

• make instance use 70% disk capacity
