New command "Wait until WiFi"

I would have liked to build this myself and send a pull request for this enhancement, but I have no clue in which repo to do it...

Since it takes a while to connect to WiFi, it would be amazing if there was a command like "Wait for WiFi" when turning on an activity. Now I need to add a delay of 2 seconds even though this is sometimes too short and sometimes completely unnecessary.

I think this should be implemented as a general logic to the core that you can not control/start entities (including activities and macros) if not all needed integrations are connected (yet).

I can not think of any situation where it's not needed, but maybe it's better to keep it optional for edge cases.

This is mainly an issue of the UI app not checking WiFi / integration state before starting an activity or sending a command. That needs to be fixed first.

Additional sequence commands to wait for certain states are planned, but no ETA yet.

Now it's more than one year later and this issue remains one of the biggest pain points of the remote, at least wrt the UX.
@zehnm can you give some up to date info on what is the current state of this enhancement and/or the priority of this change?

"Open source"... I had to stop using the remote altogether because people simply don't understand that they have to wait for the icon. Such a shame
