Slackware: Weird and ugly fonts on my peony adress bar

My address bar fonts looks really wierd and I have no idea how to fix it any longer. Things I already have tried:

1. Peony rebuilt & reinstalled
2. Changed the font settings

By the way, on Xfce the fonts looks like how it should be.

seems calculation of button's padding went wrong. it should be fixed by modifying the codes...

Tell me, which files need the modifications? I am not a developer, I am just a maintainer.
