fresh_tomatoes.py code needs license information

The "fresh_tomatoes.py" file is used as part of the Programming Foundations with Python course project. "To help you generate a website that displays these movies, we have provided a starter code repository that contains a Python module called fresh_tomatoes.py."

I want to set a license on my own code, but it needs to follow the license of the fresh_tomatoes.py it uses. I see no license information in the body of the fresh_tomatoes.py code or on this repository.
