[Layouts] Unable to add apps created by dynamic launcher

Description

I use Webapps to create isolated apps of websites. A similar functionality is offered by Web. Both use the Dynamic Launcher Portal. I can select the created applications. After the selection no icon of the application is shown at the description of the layout and invoking the layout won't open the application.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Unlock advanced and experimental settings.
2. Create a layout, e.g.: 0--0--1--1.
   
3. Click on the plus to assign an application.
   
4. Select an application created by the Dynamic Launcher Portal.
   
5. First Issue: Icon won't show.
6. Save layout.
7. Invoke layout.
8. Second Issue: Application won't launch or be assigned to the tile.

System Info:

• Distro: Arch Linux
• Kernel: 7.0.3.zen1-2
• GNOME Shell version: 1:50.1-1
• Extension version: 54
• XOrg/Wayland: Wayland on Mutter 50.1-1

Journalctl logs
No relevant entries shown by journalctl -fo cat /usr/bin/gnome-shell.
Only entries that appeared (removing duplicates) were:

Okay if I double-click on the application entry in step 4 of the reproduction, there is a different result:

• The correct icon still won't show. A prohibited sign 🛇 is displayed instead.
• The application will be correctly launched, when launching the layout

At least there is this workaround. It would be great if someone with more knowledge on how to debug the extension and the internals of the extension can help to solve the mystery.
