This is a Safari-specific issue, no issue with Chromium.

We can't fully investigate issues arising from Safari problematic content filtering engine. Spending more time than we should on such issues, I got lucky and found that the following filter fixes the issue:

@@*$media,domain=handyspanish.com

So apparently another case of network requests not being properly scoped according to its initiator, which is an embedded Spotify frame.
