Duplicate history entries in e-mail address suggestions for webmail

Describe the bug

When composing an e-mail message on webmail.thundermail.com sometimes duplicate suggestions for e-mail addresses are displayed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit webmail.thundermail.com and click + New Message.
2. Start typing in the To field.

Expected behavior

The list of suggested e-mail addresses should never contain duplicates.

Actual behavior

Duplicate e-mail addresses are sometimes displayed.

Yes, the autocomplete there is pretty rough, was a first pass implementation. It'll get cleaned up soon.
