This is a bit tricky....
The information you are seeing here is coming from Lidarr's API call api/v1/artist/lookup, this is information from MusicBrainZ. This is like searching on the databases website by artist, this comes up with a number of options under the same name or linked names.

I can look into showing more information form the DB it's being pulled from, however, there may not be a whole lot I can do here to correct it without accidentally removing an artist from the list.

Sorry I didn't explain myself correctly,

I mean more information to identify the correct artist should be shown to the user, like maybe the year the artist started releasing music, or year of birth, or the details musicbrainz has in brackets here

the most popular artist is always at the top if you search example Taylor Swift the one ur looking for should always be the top most one but yeah i would say this could be an improvement
