audio: comp_buffer: notify probes on sink commit

Use comp_update_buffer_produce() when committing data through the sink
API instead of producing directly on the audio stream. This restores the
probe produce callback for buffers written via sink_commit_buffer().

Without it, probe extraction points attached to buffers filled by modules
converted to the sink/source API received no data.
