topology2: ace3: Add back sof-ptl-rt713-l3-rt1320-l1 topology

The original topology got renamed to sof-ptl-rt713-l3-rt1320-l1-2ch
and no replacement was left for the variant without PCH-DMIC.
It is true, thet before the rename the non DMIC topology included
the pch-dmic, which was incorrect.
