New sample proposal: parallel batch processing

I've added a new sample, which I would like to be merged here.
The sample implements a simple parallel batch processing. The code is here, and I've published this article to explain the example.

I'll be happy to create a PR here. What do you think about?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've written some sample Symfony apps to get started easily with Temporal, that I will be glad to add to the Code Exchange.
The code I'm suggesting to merge here is in a clone of this repo.
