Hex color added to end of task line

1. Create a markdown file
2. Add a task: '* [ ] Test'
3. Save
4. SHIFT+A to append to end of line

RESULT: Hex color is appended to end of line:

• Test #7b1042b9

Why!??

This is intentional, it's how taskwiki stores taskwarrior task ids:
