From 98566c35a4f99de8d1daea39e8ab200b21fd0fd2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: OAC Core Dev Date: Sat, 3 Oct 2026 15:02:15 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] fix(release): gate the release runner behind OAC_USE_GITHUB_RUNNERS release.yml was the only workflow with a hardcoded Blacksmith runner (blacksmith-4vcpu-ubuntu-2204), so a fork without Blacksmith would queue and fail. Gate it the same way as the other workflows so a fork with OAC_USE_GITHUB_RUNNERS=true builds the release on GitHub-hosted ubuntu-22.04, while upstream keeps Blacksmith.
