Design and validate the simplified D2 entity questionnaire

Objective

Create and validate D2_soggetti_giuridici, the second questionnaire for entity
profiles. It must simplify the base D1 questionnaire by asking only the reduced set
of organisational questions needed to induce the relevant D1 requirements.

Acceptance criteria

• D2 covers legal form, territory, sector, experience, capacity, co-financing,
  registrations, staff and partnerships.
• build_induction_objects selects target-guided questions instead of reproducing
  the full D1 questionnaire.
• associate_legal_subject accepts a versioned D2 profile and records every induced
  D1 requirement.
• The questionnaire is reviewed by domain experts and exercised on real entity
  profiles before any ranking claim is made.
• The 45-question D2_bandi_estrazione_requisiti draft remains clearly separated
  from the entity questionnaire.
