Bounded implementation checklist
- Identify one TypeScript/JavaScript product and no more than three user-facing surfaces.
- Record the exact counsel-approved disclosure or marking text.
- Define when it appears: first interaction, generated output, export, or another approved event.
- Name the product owner and engineer who can approve the change.
- Provide staging access through least privilege and a reproducible test path.
- Add automated checks plus dated screenshots or equivalent evidence.
- Keep legal applicability, wording, audits, and certification outside the engineering task.
