Update Chromium dependency

Primarily chrome-reactive-plugin which has a new version of rxjava with a lot of changes. Rest of the dependency changes are minor.

This has taken on some new urgency with latest versions of Jackson (2.13.0) having deprecated certain KotlinModule functions that the older version of the chrome-reactive-plugin relied on and which seems to have a looser version dependency on Jackson. To get around this issue, I manually set the version of Jackson in the top-level project to 2.12.5.

• Validate current setup works with existing credentials
• Update chrome plugin

• Update other dependencies including Jackson
• Update docker container if possible to see if alpine version now works on Apple Silicon
• Update any tests, documentation, README, etc.
