Testnet runs Splice 0.6.11 (== our pin). A token-standard/ subtree diff
between the pin (93b3519c) and tag 0.6.13 shows the only changes are test
registries, test/example daml.yaml, package-lock, the CLI parser, and the
token-metadata OpenAPI spec — no on-ledger API/interface package the DEX
builds against changed. No re-vendor required.
