Summary

Create and shake out the repository-tracked YAML configuration needed to run the full zonal stats job set.

Notes

This issue is intended to track small fixes and adjustments discovered while editing and testing the full-run config, including path corrections, job naming, output naming, and any config syntax or validation issues that come up.

Acceptance criteria

• The repo-tracked YAML can be used as an input to runner.py for the full job run.
• Required job inputs and outputs are represented clearly.
• Any small issues discovered during config shakeout are addressed here or split into separate issues if they grow beyond config cleanup.
