More clarity around "recursive" options

The recursive property on Option is a boolean that isn't required, which technically makes it have three states. While the true and false states are fairly clear based on the description, there isn't the same clarity around the state where the property isn't present in the object. The hidden and required properties have more clarity on the what the non-presence of them mean, but recursive isn't as obvious, so the spec should clarify that.

Should be more clear now since #59 have been implemented. recursive is set to false by default.
