Overview
The previous help queue had a sort of TA leaderboard that displayed the number of students each TA had helped. This could be beneficial for accountability and making sure all TAs are contributing but mostly is just a fun way for TAs to compete against each other. Also, it gives a reason for professors to refer students to us when we have problems--we have helped way more people than they have.
