Discord probably isn't the best way to view and process help queue statistics. Thus, the functionality for the bot to export the stats in a CSV file so they can be put into a more adequate data processing software is essential. Preferably, all relevant stats should be included. We should be able to get any stats that are groupable (i.e. Student stats, TA stats, Queue Usage stats) separately, and if it makes sense to do so, also get them together.
