Missing JsonSerializable interface

What i did:
```php
$data = [
    'quantity' => Quantity::from(5)
];
debug(json_encode($data));
```
Expected result:
```json
{
   "quantity": 5
}
```
Actual result:
```json
{
   "quantity": {}
}
```
