Add min-height for page

Make a consistant minimum height for the container, so if you have a 2 line contact page, the footer doesn't show up just below.

maybe add to .container
min-height:500px;

but not sure if footer is included in container and if it will get screwy.

apparently there are some cross browser issues to be careful of here.

also, a new div needs to be created for, what would be, the post/page entry. I couldn't find a way to make the right area taller.
