Implement support for CSV content types in API responses

We want to be able to get the results of an API request in CSV format. This will provide us with a general solution for downloading the full results of an API call as a *.csv file.

How do we know what columns to deliver? Do we want to make a "dimensions" parameter a mesh standard?
