What This Review Cycle Is For

The public v0.1 drafts are not final policy submissions. The goal of this review cycle is to collect specific critique before deciding which issue should become the first submission-grade policy memo.

Useful feedback includes:

• factual corrections;
• missing sources or better data definitions;
• implementation risks from people with operator experience;
• rights, safety, legality, or equity risks;
• metrics likely to be gamed;
• state, county, city, agency, nonprofit, or practitioner examples;
• suggestions about which issue should become a formal policy memo first.
