We currently use terraform-managed infrastructure as the base for bootstrapping and provisioning the cluster resources necessary for the k8s api to take over. We are working to migrate some of the underlying resources to k8s-api management via crossplane. Once a stable equilibrium has been achieved, the remaining bootstrap infrastructure code should be included in this repository.
