Subject: [PATCH] refactor(routes): use English URLs for the public pages

Routes should be English even though the UI is Spanish:
/terminos -> /terms, /privacidad -> /privacy, /ayuda -> /help.
Visibility text stays Spanish ("Términos", "Privacidad", "Ayuda").
