Hue for neutral oklch colors

For the colors with 0 hue?

I wouldn't suggest using color-mix(in oklch tho.
color-mix(in oklab gives a better result.

Not for 0 hue that means a hue, but for when there should be no hue and 0 or other value is used because it does not matter
