uefi: export all text::{input, output} types

`OutputModeIter` was previously part of the public API but not
re-exported, making it impossible for users to name the type.

This change exports all `text::{input, output}` types, enabling
API consumers to store iterators in bindings and use them in
public interfaces without workarounds.
